A warm contemporary condominium in cream and oak, with a slatted feature wall, marble coffee table and a light timber dining set beneath a textured accent wall.

This condominium was designed around a soft, sunlit palette of cream walls, pale oak and brushed brass. The open living and dining area is anchored by a timber-panelled TV wall and a low marble coffee table, with cove lighting tracing the ceiling to keep the space feeling tall and airy. A patterned feature wall frames the dining zone, where a solid oak table and chairs sit under a linear pendant. The compact kitchen uses full-height white cabinetry to keep everything tidy and out of view. In the bedroom, a slatted headboard wall runs into a glass-fronted wardrobe, and a small vanity corner with an LED mirror makes the most of the window light.
